Riverside County Sheriff

I'm glad that today I can focus on one of the great men in The Riverside County Sheriff's Department. As any of you who follow my posting lately know; I have huge issues with The County of Riverside's Risk Management and Human Resources Department, as well as procedures in place at The sheriff department. However, I want to take this opportunity to inform the community that Captain John Hill is one of those many "great ones" I mentioned.A good cop and a good man. The community in Perris should know that this is an honest man with integrity and empathy, who cares about the people who work for him and the people he works for. It was my honor to work with him for the short time that I did, and I regret that I was unable to give him the 100% that he deserved.Sheriff Sniff is announcing the transfer of Captain James McElvain from the Perris Station to the Ben Clark Training Center, and Captain John Hill to the Perris Sheriff's Station.
